The server management
In addition to our guaranteed SLAs, our server management offers you:
- Guaranteed prompt installation of patches, bug fixes and service packs by experienced Microsoft technicians.
- Monthly 2h time quota for individual administration, advice or support (billing is fair per 15 minutes, higher time quota on request).
- Direct contact with our technicians, known to you personally and without detours via call centers.

Transparency from A to Z
Our server management offers you calculable costs:
- Monthly basic fee for server management incl. Patch installation and monthly 2 hours of administration (e.g. user administration): € 77.35 * (€ 65.00 plus VAT)
The positions for further support outside the contingent already included for every 15 minutes or part thereof:
- During our business hours (workdays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.): € 29.75 * (€ 25.00 plus VAT)
- Outside business hours (remaining time): € 47.60 * (€ 40.00 plus VAT)
* We pass on the VAT reduction decided by the Federal Government of Germany to you. The price shown here includes 19% VAT. However, you will only be charged 16% VAT on your invoice from July 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020.
